Am I the only one who owns around a dozen lip balms and still wants to try new ones!? To an extent that I can find one in every corner of my house and handbag 😛 Anyhoo, today I would be reviewing one of the best all-natural lip balms I have used, the Burst of Happyness Lucky Lips! 🙂
Product Description (from brand website): Pucker up for this luscious lip balm, which has cocoa butter, almond oil, and olive oil, all put together to make one potent potion with moisturizing and healing properties. Also contains grapefruit essential oil for a fruity, addictive fragrance. Warning! Once you get addicted to our lip balm, there’s no going back to cheap, store-bought stuff!

Review of Burst of Happyness Lucky Lips Lip Balm:
Packaging: Comes in a small pot which is sturdy, see-through and fuss free. All the information relating to the product is provided on it including the shelf life, ingredients etc.
Texture and Fragrance: The best part of this lip balm! The texture is extremely smooth, thin and light..By thin I mean, it does not feel like you are scooping out some heavy or thick lip balm which would just sit on your lips doing nothing. Once applied, it feels very light on the lips and sinks in without feathering out of the lip line.
It does not have any tint and hence can be used beneath any matte or liquid lipsticks 🙂 It smells mildly of grapefruit, nothing too strong and fades away post application.
Efficacy: Provides amazing moisturisation while being very light. Does not sit on the lips, leaves it soft and healed! I love to apply this beneath my matte lipsticks and liquid lipsticks, which makes it comfortable to wear for a fairly longer time without drying out the lips completely. Usually with any other lip balm, I blot the excess with a tissue before applying a lipstick, but with this I do not have to do that.
This is my second purchase of this product and have been using this since more than a year. Though the moisturization it provides is very good for most part of the year, it still does not suffice for peak winters or healed severely chapped lips, so I switch to another heavy-duty lip balm for winters!
Overall, the Burst of Happyness Lucky Lips lip balm is one of the best products I have tried from the brand. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an All-Natural, Vegan, Cruelty free, Hand made and inexpensive lip balm!
Have you tried this lip balm from Burst of Happyness? Which is your favourite?
