In my last post I had given a heads up about some skincare products I have been loving off late. This post talks about a few through Product Empties which are also my favourites (read the ones’ for which I have backups stocked up) Ahem! 😛
Alright..So why an empties post?! Apart from lipsticks, the products I Invest and Hoard on are skincare and hair care. I say invest because the more you invest on your skin, the less of concealing and highlighting you need 😛 So my mother got super hyper one fine day due to the gradual increase in number of bottles on my vanity and that day I made a resolution that I would first finish up all the bottles, throw them away and then bring in more to the shelf! This happened in early January and I have been trying to finish up products which are nearing their expiration date and now let us look into the empties 🙂
Forest Essentials Delicate Facial Cleanser Kashmiri Saffron and Neem – Picked up the travel size to try out and I ended up loving it so much that I had to get the full size of it. If you have sensitive and acne prone skin be it dry or oily, you should give this a try but ofcourse it is priced quite high, FE 😐
Forest Essentials Revitalising Gel Scrub Kashmiri Walnut – Another must have from FE which scrubs away even the most stubborn blackheads and whiteheads!
Forest Essentials Cleansing Shower Butter in Nargis (Sample) – Smells DIVINE and moisturizes just as it claims…a body butter! I literally did not need to layer it up with a body lotion throughout the day! Love it.
Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Facial Gel Pure Rosewater (Sample) – A mattifying gel for oily skin beauties! Smells amazing, mattifies, softens skin and works like a charm for summers so had to grab the full size! A personal favourite 🙂
Forest Essentials Facial Tonic Mist Pure Rosewater – Have gone through 2 bottles of this and I have one in my shelf, a must have from FE. It is great for all skintypes and smells so refreshing!!
Kama Ayurveda Rose Jasmine Face Cleanser – A super mild face cleanser which also works as a makeup remover..No jokes! Works great for all skin types and leave your skin feeling cool, soft and moisturised. Have gone through bottles of this and love it so much 🙂
The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter – The first balm type makeup remover I tried and it has to be one of the best and affordable ones. One tub lasts a really long time and removes waterproof makeup like a dream! A must have from The Body Shop.
The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Shower Gel – This one is on its last leg but had to include in the post because this smells and moisturises so well. I love the whole range of wild argan oil and this shower gel is my favourite of all.
Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel – Vichy Normaderm is a range specifically for oily and acne prone skin. If you are on a budget and suffer from clogged pores, excess sebum and serious acne, this is the face cleanser you need!
Vichy Normaderm 3 in 1 Cleanser+Scrub+Mask – An excellent product which works true to its name, a Cleanser, Scrub and a Mask. Great for oily, acne prone and sensitive skin. You get a lot of product in this tube and you need very little of it to cover entire face and neck. Great value for money!
Sebastian Professional Hydre Moisturizing Shampoo – This salon line brand is the only SLS/SLES containing Shampoo and Conditioners I use since it works amazingly well for my weak and brittle hair! The 2 variants of Penetraitt and Hydre are my favourite. Would be doing a full review of all the products I use from this brand soon 🙂
Let me know if you have tried any of these products or if you would like me to review anything in specific 🙂 Have a nice weekend!
